Welcome to Jaipur Collective. By accessing our website (jaipurcollective.store) or communicating with us via WhatsApp (+91 96800 55921), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Jaipur Collective is a handcrafted jewellery business based in Johari Bazaar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 302003. We sell authentic Kundan, Meenakari, Polki, Gemstone, Silver, and Bridal jewellery directly from artisan craftsmen. Contact: hello@jaipurcollective.store | WhatsApp: +91 96800 55921.

2. Products & Services

We offer the following through our website and WhatsApp Business:

  • Sale of handcrafted jewellery (Kundan, Meenakari, Polki, Gemstone, Silver, Bridal sets)
  • Custom jewellery design and creation services
  • Product catalogues and pricing information via WhatsApp
  • Order placement, tracking, and customer support via WhatsApp

All jewellery is handmade by artisans in Jaipur, India. Minor variations in colour, stone placement, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

3. WhatsApp Business Communications

Opt-In: By messaging us on WhatsApp or submitting our website contact form with your consent, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Jaipur Collective including product updates, catalogues, order notifications, and promotional offers.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will cease non-transactional communications within 24 hours. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) may still be sent to complete your active orders.

Message Frequency: We typically send 2–4 messages per month for promotional content. Transactional messages are sent as needed to fulfill your orders.

By using our WhatsApp Business service, you also agree to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, our website, or in person at our Jaipur store.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International customers may be quoted in USD/GBP/AED upon request.
  • Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and international wire transfer.
  • A 50% advance payment is required for custom orders before production begins.
  • Full payment must be received before dispatch of any order.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via reputable courier services with insurance and tracking.
  • Domestic (India) delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • International delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or courier delays beyond our control.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in original packaging.
  • Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

7. Product Authenticity

All Jaipur Collective jewellery is:

  • Handmade by certified artisans in Jaipur, India
  • Gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked (where applicable)
  • Gemstones are sourced ethically from Jaipur’s certified gem market
  • Certificates of authenticity are provided on request

8. Intellectual Property

All content on jaipurcollective.store — including photographs, designs, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Jaipur Collective. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jaipur Collective’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Current Terms are always available at jaipurcollective.store/terms-of-service/.
