Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jaipur Collective jewellery. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Item is unused, unworn, and unaltered.
• Item is in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
• Item has not been resized, engraved, or modified in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom / Bespoke Orders: Jewellery made to your specific design, size, or personalisation requirements.
• Engraved Items: Any jewellery with personalised engravings.
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened.
• Items damaged by the customer through misuse, negligence, or improper care.
• Items purchased during sale or special discount events (marked as final sale).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

• Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 96800 55921 or email hello@jaipurcollective.store.
• Step 2: Share your order details, photos of the item, and reason for return.
• Step 3: We will review and confirm return eligibility within 2 business days.
• Step 4: Ship the item back to our Jaipur address using a tracked courier service.
• Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or international wire).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage/issue.
• We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will issue store credit.

All international shipments are fully insured and sent via reputable courier services (DHL, FedEx, or India Post EMS). Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7.3 Order Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Made-to-order items: 7–21 business days production time before dispatch.
• Custom / bespoke orders: 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. Timeline confirmed via WhatsApp at time of order.

7.4 Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packed in branded Jaipur Collective boxes, secured in bubble wrap and tamper-proof pouches, and placed in a discreet outer carton. Complimentary gift wrapping is available on request.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.
